rules for using 6Seven.

These terms explain who can use 6Seven Chat, what is allowed, how subscriptions work, and what happens if an account is deleted or suspended.

Agreement

By using 6Seven Chat during the beta launch or after public launch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

6Seven Chat is in beta launch, so features may be tuned quickly while we test reliability, privacy, and user experience. It is designed for private, encrypted communication, but you are still responsible for how you use it and what you send.

Who Can Use 6Seven

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You must comply with the laws that apply where you live.
  • You may not use 6Seven Chat if you are barred by sanctions or other legal restrictions.

Your Account and Security

  • You sign in with Apple or Google. We do not store passwords.
  • Your @handle is public and unique. Handles are first come, first served, subject to moderation and trademark rules.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and device.
  • PINs and device keys are local security controls. We cannot recover local decrypted history if you lose access to every device.

Rules of Conduct

  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or sexual content involving minors.
  • No illegal activity, abuse, spam, malware, bot farms, or attempts to attack our infrastructure.
  • No scraping, impersonation, or fake account creation to farm referral rewards.
  • No attempts to bypass security, moderation, payment, or rate-limit systems.

Your Content

You own the content you send. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, and we cannot read message content, but you remain responsible for what you send and how recipients may use it.

Burn-after-read, screenshot alerts, sealed images, and PIN locks are privacy features, not guarantees that a recipient cannot capture or repeat something they saw.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Referrals

  • New users may receive around two weeks of premium access during onboarding or launch testing.
  • Paid yearly access is listed at $11.99 per year unless changed in the store listing or checkout screen.
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled through the relevant app store or payment provider before renewal.
  • Referral rewards are backend-counted. Fake signups, bot referrals, or reward abuse may lead to reward removal or account suspension.
  • Refunds are handled by the store or payment provider that processed the transaction.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep 6Seven Chat reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed as the product evolves, security requires, or laws require.

Termination and Deletion

  • You may delete your account using the in-app deletion flow or by contacting support if you cannot access the app.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten platform safety, abuse referrals, or create legal risk.
  • Account deletion removes server-side account records described in the Privacy Policy, subject to safety, legal, and transaction retention obligations.
